The Corporate View of Crowdsourcing

At the Huffington Post, CSR consultant Paul Massey discusses research his organization has conducted on the value of crowdsourcing in corporate social responsibility. “Our goal was to assess how widely crowdsourcing was used and whether it was valuable to corporations, and to examine the impact of social media in communicating about CSR.” Some of their findings are presented at the link.
