UK Minister on Apple’s Case
Previously noted here at the Giving Click: Nonprofits criticizing Apple for disallowing apps designed to let users give to charity on their iPhones.
Now the Guardian reports that the UK government minister Nick Hurd is planning to step up pressure on the Think Different crowd:
The minister said he will formally write to Apple and ask for an explanation of its ban, which the company has faced growing pressure to repeal in recent months.
